This sliding transfer bench is designed to make entering and exiting the bathtub much safer and easier. The seat slides along the aluminum frame, allowing the user to sit down outside the tub and then glide smoothly into the bathing area. This mechanism significantly reduces the physical effort required for transfers.
The frame is finished in a silver and gray color scheme with black accents, offering a modern look for a safety device. It supports up to 350 lbs and features non-slip feet to keep the bench secure on the bathroom floor and inside the tub. The aluminum construction ensures the bench remains rust-free.
This sliding model is particularly useful for individuals with very limited mobility who cannot easily lift their legs over a tub wall. The seat is designed to lock into place at both ends of the track for added security. It provides a high level of assistance for maintaining independence in the bathroom.
